Kristina Graham

Kristina Graham, PHR, is an accomplished professional in talent acquisition, currently serving as the Director of Corporate Talent Acquisition at Choice Hotels International since October 2020. In addition to this role, Kristina is the Co-Chair of the CHAARGE African American Resource Group for Employees at Choice Hotels and has previously held positions such as Manager of Talent Acquisition Programs and Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor within the same organization. Prior to joining Choice Hotels, Kristina worked at Marriott International as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant in partnership with PeopleScout from October 2014 to April 2020. Earlier in Kristina's career, experience included the role of Staffing Manager at Robert Half from October 2009 to April 2013. Kristina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Hampton University and a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Liberty University.
