Lydia Chen

Lydia Chen currently serves as a Senior Analyst in Sales Compensation at Choice Hotels International since October 2023. Prior to this role, Lydia accumulated extensive experience at Darktrace, progressing through various positions including Director of Business Development Operations, Business Development Operations Manager, Sales Operations Analyst, and Manager of Business Development from June 2018 to September 2023. Lydia also held the title of Research and Design Fellow at the Fung Fellowship for Wellness and Technology Innovations from August 2016 to June 2018, while simultaneously serving as Club Sports Student Lead at the University of California, Berkeley during the same period. Additional leadership experience includes serving as President of California Lightweight Rowing and a Strategic Marketing and Program Operations intern at US Pharmacopeia in the summer of 2017. Lydia earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and also worked as a Fitness@Cal DeCal Instructor from January 2015 to May 2016.
