Michelle Chapman

Michelle Chapman has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Area Director of Franchise Services for Choice Hotels International in the Indiana and Western Kentucky region since 2018. Prior to this role, Michelle held positions including Revenue Manager at MHG Hotels, LLC and Regional Director of Operations at Comfort Inn - Avon, where also served as General Manager from June 2011 to November 2017. Michelle's career began at Quality Inn & Suites - Airport as Assistant General Manager, where recognition as a Gold Award Winner by Choice Hotels was achieved in 2009. In addition, Michelle has held the roles of Director of Sales and Sales Manager. Michelle holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Indiana State University - Scott College of Business.
