Tayler Cross

Tayler Cross is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Area Director of Human Resources for Choice Hotels International, where responsibilities include supporting multiple Radisson locations in the Midwest since October 2022. Prior to this role, Tayler was the Head of Human Resources at Soldier Field with ASM Global from August 2020 to September 2022, overseeing recruitment and HR policy development. Tayler's earlier experience includes the role of Assistant Director of Human Resources at Park Hyatt Chicago, where assistance was provided in creating and implementing HR policies aimed at achieving business objectives. Tayler also held various HR positions at Hyatt Regency O'Hare, beginning as a Housekeeping Supervisor and progressing to Human Resources Manager. Tayler holds a B.A. in Organizational Communication from DePaul University.
