David Muallim

David Muallim is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in real estate investments. Currently serving as Associate Vice President, Investments at Choice Properties REIT since May 2018, David has previously held significant roles at Canadian Real Estate Investment Trust, progressing from Investments Analyst to Director, Real Estate Investments between January 2011 and May 2018. Earlier experience includes a Senior Staff Accountant position at Ernst & Young from September 2007 to January 2011. David earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with a focus on Accounting and Finance from the Schulich School of Business at York University, graduating in 2007. David holds the CPA, CA, and CFA designations.
