Eunice Wong

Eunice Wong, AACI, P.App, currently serves as the Director of Valuations at Choice Properties since March 2021. Prior to this role, Eunice held the position of Vice President in Transaction Real Estate at EY from January 2013 to March 2021, where expertise included providing strategic real estate advisory services, specializing in complex valuations across various asset classes in Canada. Previous experience also includes roles at Colliers International Canada as an Analyst in Corporate Services & Brokerage and at TD Bank Group as a Market Risk Analyst. Educational background features a BBA in Finance from the Schulich School of Business at York University and ongoing studies in the Post Graduate Certificate in Real Property Valuation at UBC - Sauder School of Business.
