Sachin Gupta

Sachin Gupta, CPA, has extensive experience in property and corporate accounting, currently serving as Senior Manager of Property Accounting at Choice Properties since October 2016. Prior roles include Manager of Corporate Accounting at Access Cash and a contract Manager of Corporate Accounting at CAPREIT. At Tricap Properties, Sachin held the position of Controller, responsible for financial forecasting, reporting, and cash flow projections. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Accountant at Truster Zweig LLP, focusing on assurance engagements primarily in the real estate sector, and as a Staff Accountant at Deloitte & Touche. Sachin holds a BBA in Accounting from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
