Terrill Dukes is an accomplished insurance professional with extensive experience in commercial lines and claims advocacy. Currently serving as Vice President of Commercial Lines at Choice Solutions Services, Inc., since September 2022, and Claims Advocate Director at Commercial Insurance Services since January 2021, Terrill has demonstrated a strong commitment to the industry. Additionally, Terrill has held the position of Vice President at Strata Claims Management since March 2014, further showcasing leadership capabilities. Previous experience includes a role as Property Claim Specialist at Great American Insurance. Terrill holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Technology and Application Development from the University of North Texas, attained between 2002 and 2005, and an educational background from The Art Institutes from 1999 to 2002.
