Jen Paterson

Jen Paterson is an experienced content professional with a strong background in content design, management, and editorial roles. Currently serving as the Head of Content Experience and Design at CHOICE since November 2012, Jen leads a team of content designers and contributes expertise to agile teams. Previously, Jen held positions at CHOICE, including Head of Content Management and Content Management Lead, overseeing core content operations and governance. Jen's career includes freelance writing and editing for various publications, and earlier roles at Vodafone Australia as a producer for brand and entertainment. Jen's educational qualifications include a BA in English and Psychology from UNSW and a Graduate Diploma in Marketing from APM College.
