Aurelio Ramos

Aurelio Ramos is a seasoned DSP Software Engineer at Sonos, Inc. since 2011, with extensive experience in audio and software engineering. Since 2010, Aurelio has also served as an Audio Visual Consultant and Artist for Firefly Arts Collective. Prior to these roles, Aurelio worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Choicestream and at Harmonix Music Systems, where development of DSP audio effects and secure audio streaming features for music video games was key. Earlier career highlights include positions at Cakewalk, where design and development of multimedia editing tools and audio rendering engines were undertaken, and software quality assurance work at EMC. Aurelio holds a degree in Computer Engineering, with majors in Software and Electrical Engineering, obtained in Puerto Rico between 1992 and 1998.
