Bill Lawrence's work experience begins in 1998 as an Account Executive at Cellular One, where they focused on sales and business development. Bill then moved on to GE Capital in 2001 as a Service Delivery Manager. In 2005, they joined CompuCom as an Account Management Director, responsible for strategic accounts and service delivery. Over the years, they held various leadership roles at CompuCom, including VP Service Delivery Global Technical Operations, VP Portfolio Management Cloud Technology Services, and VP Cloud Strategy and Commercial Operations. In 2017, they became the Vice President of Services at Creative Realities Inc., and later that year, they assumed the role of Global Director Automation and Implementation at The Institute for Robotic Process Automation & Artificial Intelligence (IRPA AI). Bill'smost recent position is the Vice President Customer Success at ChoiceWORX, which they started in 2018.

Bill Lawrence attended McKendree University from 1996 to 1999, where they studied finance. Bill obtained additional certifications in ITIL Foundation from ITIL in June 2009 and Six Sigma Greenbelt in December 2002.
