Oleksandr Pavlenko

Oleksandr Pavlenko is an accomplished professional with a diverse range of work experience. Oleksandr is the CEO and Co-Founder of Choizy, a company they established in 2019. Oleksandr also holds the position of Managing Partner and CEO at Up-n-Up Startup Studio since 2022. Additionally, they are a Business Management Teacher at Erudito licėjus and a Business & Finance Teacher at The Academy of Contemporary Education A+. Oleksandr has been a Digital Marketing Consultant for the National Paralympic Committee of Ukraine since 2018. Oleksandr is also active as a Mentor for various organizations, including GEN UK, Ukrainian Women Entrepreneurs Hub, Founder Institute, and Demium. Oleksandr's expertise and leadership skills are evident through their multiple roles in different companies and their commitment to mentoring aspiring professionals.

Oleksandr Pavlenko has a diverse education history. Oleksandr began their studies in 2009 at Kyiv National Economics University, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in International Economics. During this time, they also attended the WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) for a Summer University program. In 2012, Pavlenko transferred to Northumbria University, where they completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General.

Afterward, in 2013, they returned to Kyiv National Economics University for a Master's degree in International Business, which they completed in 2014. Seeking further specialization, Pavlenko pursued a Master of Education (MEd) degree in Educational/Instructional Technology at the University of Tartu starting in 2022, which they are set to complete in 2023.

In addition to their formal education, Pavlenko has obtained various certifications to enhance their skills. Oleksandr holds a Microsoft Certified Educator (MCE) certification from Microsoft, a Lithuanian Teacher Certification from EUROFONDAS, and a Certificate of Completion for the "New Ukrainian School - Basic middle education" program from Osvitoria. Oleksandr also possesses certifications in Business Management from International Baccalaureate and various Cambridge Assessment International Education courses.

Furthermore, Pavlenko has engaged in professional development activities, including participating as a jury member in the Startup Battle Challenge 3.0 and attending workshops like "Effective partnership and involvement of stakeholders" organized by the British Council.
