Pradeebha Ponnusamy

Pradeebha Ponnusamy is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer service and management. Currently serving as the Assistant General Manager of Customer Service at Cholamandalam Securities Limited since May 2022, Pradeebha previously held the position of Manager at Aditya Birla Capital from October 2010 to December 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Customer Service Team Lead at IIFL (India Infoline Group) from February 2008 to October 2010 and Sales Trainer at Global Direct from October 2006 to February 2008. Pradeebha holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Syed Ammal Engineering College, completed in April 2006.
