Juan W. Valle

Juan W. Valle, MB ChB MSc FRCP, serves as the Chief Medical Officer at the Cholangiocarcinoma Foundation. With extensive experience at The Christie NHS Foundation Trust, Valle held the positions of Professor and Honorary Consultant in Medical Oncology from March 2014 to August 2023, and earlier served as Consultant and Honorary Senior Lecturer from February 1995 to July 2012. Valle's clinical training includes roles as Clinical Fellow and Honorary Specialist Registrar, as well as Research Fellow in Medical Oncology. Academic credentials include an MSc in Oncology from The University of Manchester, an MBChB from Sheffield University Medical School, and memberships and fellowships in Royal Colleges in Ireland and London.
