Timothy Bode

Timothy Bode, MD, MBA, CPE, SFHM currently serves as the Chief Medical Officer for CommonSpirit Health's Mountain Region, a position held since November 2024. Prior experience includes roles such as the Market Chief Clinical Officer at Ascension, where responsibilities included optimizing medical center functions and overseeing various clinical operations. As Regional Chief Medical Officer, Timothy Bode developed integrated systems to enhance clinical care across multiple hospitals. Previous positions include Senior Vice President at HCA Florida Memorial Hospital, Vice President of Medical Affairs at DCH Health System, and Chief Medical Information Officer at Baptist Health System, with a focus on clinical transformation and quality improvement. Timothy's foundation in medicine includes a Doctor of Medicine from Tulane University, an MBA from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from the University of California, Davis, where residency training in Family Medicine also took place. Military experience includes providing primary care as a physician in the United States Air Force.
