Neil Wayne C. Salces

Neil Wayne C. Salces, MD is an experienced physician specializing in vascular medicine and cardiology. Currently, Neil serves as a Training Officer for the Vascular Medicine Fellowship and Consultant at Chong Hua Hospital since June 2015, alongside roles as Medical Specialist II at Vicente Sotto Memorial Medical Center and Chair of Student Affairs Services at Cebu Institute of Medicine.
