Customer Care Operations Manager at Muse

Cait Brown began their career in 2015 as a Youth Support Worker at Wyndham House. In this role they worked independently with marginalized youth to help them navigate their day to day goals, tracking daily mood, organizing activities, monitoring communications and medication, and de-escalating tense situations. Later in 2015, Cait became a Front Desk Manager at The Northridge Inn & Resort. In 2017, they moved to Bluewater Energy Inc. as a Project Coordinator, responsible for communication with customers from point of contact to completion of renewable energy projects. In 2019, Cait returned to Northridge Inn & Resort as an Event Manager, collaborating with the wedding coordinator to create detailed work backs for weddings. In 2020, they began working at Muse® by Interaxon Inc. as a Customer Care Operations Manager, driving and implementing project and process improvements to ensure the customer care team has the resources to provide an outstanding customer experience.

Cait Brown attended Northern Secondary School from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained their School Diploma. Cait then attended the University of Guelph from 2011 to 2016, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology and Sociology. Currently, they are pursuing their Master's degree in Environmental Studies & Urban Planning at York University, which they began in 2022.
