Jinoy Jose

Jinoy Jose has been a key figure in the success of Choppies Botswana and Choppies Superstores since February 2008, serving as Functional Head and General Manager. Under Jinoy's leadership, the company has achieved a monthly turnover exceeding Pula 350 million across 90 outlets in Botswana. Currently reporting directly to the CEO and COO, Jinoy plays a crucial role in strategic operations. Jinoy holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Marketing and Human Resources from Guruvayurappan Institute of Management, Bharathiar University, India, completed between 2002 and 2004.
