Elaine Chow is an experienced leader in human resources and operations, currently serving as the Founder of ChopValue Boston since December 2021, where a focus is on intercepting used chopsticks to create sustainable products within the circular economy. Previously, Elaine held the role of Chief Human Resources Officer at Year Up for over a decade, implementing strategic talent initiatives, driving diversity and inclusion efforts, and advising the CEO on executive effectiveness. Additional experience includes senior roles at Year Up in staff learning and program operations, and as Associate Director at Trinity Boston Connects, where significant growth and operational models were established. Educational credentials include an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and a BA in French and Music from Bates College.
