Jim Crozier

Jim Crozier has a long and varied career in data science and financial analysis. Jim began their career in 2003 as a Financial Analyst for iKobo Money Transfer, where they performed corporate finance analysis and created an operations and finance platform reconciliation model. In 2007, they moved to The Home Depot as a Senior Pricing Analyst, where they created and implemented a SAS macro-driven price testing platform. In 2010, they joined Revenue Analytics, Inc. as an Operations Research Consultant, where they worked with a team of statisticians and business analysts to design client deliverables. In 2012, they were both the Owner of Stratusfy, a freelance statistical coding and analysis business, and Manager of Statistical Consultant at Aspen Marketing. In 2014, they became a Principal Data Scientist at ADP, where they developed and applied statistical learning and prediction algorithms to human capital and time use data. In 2016, they joined IBM as a Solutions Engineer, providing data science solutions for IBM BigData and Data Science Analytics Platform. In 2021, they moved to Greenlight as a Sr. Data Scientist, and in 2022 they became a Principal Data Scientist at Chord Commerce.

Jim Crozier received their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business in 2003, majoring in Finance. Jim then went on to receive their Master of Arts (MA) from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 2007, majoring in Applied Economics. Currently, they are pursuing their Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Economics from the Georgia Institute of Technology, which they are expected to finish in 2024.
