Susie Korb

Susie Korb is currently the VP of Finance at Chord Commerce. Prior to their current position, Susie was with Wise Systems, Inc. from November 2020 through April 2022 as the Finance lead. Prior to that, Susie was with Toast, Inc. from May 2019 through April 2020 as the Director of Strategic Finance. Susie's professional career began at Morgan Stanley in July 2005 where they spent 13 years as the Head of Legal Entity Strategy - NA. In this role, Susie led a team responsible for financial resource forecasting and strategy for key legal entities for complex transactions, new regulations (uncleared margin, swap dealer capital rules), and Resolution planning. This required regular presentations to senior level executives, including CFOs and COOs. Susie also had oversight of intercompany funding to meet tax and regulatory objectives in a resource efficient manner as well asDerivatives intercompany booking model governance and analysis. Lastly, Susie was also the Treasurer for US swap and Commodities dealers during their time at Morgan Stanley. Susie's wealth of experience in finance makes their an excellent choice for their current role at Chord Commerce.
