Sneha Reji has 8 years of work experience in the Human Resources field. Sneha started their career in 2010 as a Reservation Officer at Island Aviation India Pvt Ltd. In 2011, they moved to ZMorgon IT Solutions Pvt Ltd as a Human Resources Executive. In 2013, they joined ICFOSS as a Public Relations Executive & Consultant. In 2014, they became a Consultant - Recruitment for a consultancy firm. In 2016, they were a Sr. HR & Operations Executive at Sequoia Applied Technologies. In 2018, they joined Ruby Software as a Manager - Talent Acquisition and People Management and a Consultant. Currently, they are a Senior Manager- People Operations and a Manager- Talent Acquisition & People Management at Chordify, Inc.

Sneha Reji started their educational journey in 2006, when they completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Information Technology from Cochin University of Science and Technology. Sneha then continued their studies and obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HR from Mahatma Gandhi University in 2013. In 2017, Sneha Reji began their Executive Programme- Company Secretary with The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, which they are expected to complete in 2022. In November 2022, Sneha Reji obtained a certification in Excel: VLOOKUP and XLOOKUP for Beginners from LinkedIn.
