Joe Hagen

Joe Hagen is an experienced project manager specializing in mergers and acquisitions, currently serving as M&A Project Manager at Choreo since 2022. In this role, Joe manages the PMO to support acquisitions and strategic initiatives, focusing on developing project structure, governance, and effective resource planning. Previously, Joe held positions such as Business Integration Manager at U.S. Bank, where integration activities were planned and executed, and M&A Lead at Slalom Consulting, overseeing M&A projects including a notable joint venture between Walgreen’s and Prime Therapeutics. Joe's career also includes significant experience at Target, where leadership was provided on acquisitions and divestitures, as well as serving as Corporate Development Manager at RSM US, facilitating integration practices for acquired firms. Joe holds an MBA from the UW Foster School of Business and a BA in English from Lake Forest College.
