Joey Ghazal has a diverse range of work experience in the hospitality industry. Joey is the Founder and Managing Partner of The MAINE A New England Brasserie Company, which has multiple locations in Dubai and recently expanded internationally to London. Additionally, they are the Founder and CEO of Fighterbrands, a concept design and development company. Joey also founded and managed other establishments such as BARBARY Deli & Cocktail Club, The Angry Monkey, St. Elmo's Seaside Brasserie, Cro Magnon Steakhouse & Bar, and BRGR Co. Joey has also held positions in marketing and restaurant management at Morentzos Restaurant Group and La Queue de Cheval Steakhouse & Cigar Bar.
Joey Ghazal completed their A Levels in History and Dramatic Arts at Dubai College from 1991 to 1995. Joey then pursued a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government at Concordia University from 1995 to 2000.
