Mike Boeder serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Chorus Community Health Plans (CCHP) since February 2014, overseeing the operations of a $475 million health plan that serves over 160,000 members in Wisconsin. Boeder’s extensive experience includes previous roles as Executive Director of Health Plan Operations and Director of Care4Kids at CCHP, with a focus on managing healthcare services for vulnerable populations, including youth in foster care. Prior to joining CCHP, Boeder held various senior management positions at Wellpoint Care Network, where responsibilities included administrative management and oversight of public sector contracts. Academically, Boeder holds a Master's degree in Community Mental Health Administration from Trinity College, along with multiple certifications from esteemed institutions, underscoring a strong foundation in health sciences and nonprofit leadership.

Chorus Community Health Plans, formerly Children’s Community Health Plan, is a health insurance organization offering both BadgerCare Plus and Individual and Family Plans and services designed to meet the needs of adults, children and families. We customize our services for our members and help empower them to take charge of their health and wellness while also bringing together community partners and providers to reduce health disparities, improve health outcomes, and help build stronger communities. CCHP’s BadgerCare Plus plan is available in 29 counties throughout Wisconsin, and CCHP’s Individual and Family Plan is available in 15 counties. Together, CCHP’s plans cover more than 155,000 adults and children in the state.
