Cao Jie Lu

Cao Jie Lu has a solid work experience in the telecommunications industry. They started their career in 2011 at Orcon, where they worked as a Business Support Specialist for one year before transitioning into the role of Assurance Engineer. In 2015, Cao Jie Lu joined CallPlus and contributed to the UCLL transition project. Later that year, they moved to Chorus NZ Limited, where they held various positions. They initially worked as a Technical Analyst, handling incident management, customer interactions, and assurance tasks. Cao Jie Lu also conducted training, developed technical documentation, and contributed to process improvement.
