Michael Robinson

Michael Robinson has a diverse work experience in the finance field. Michael started their career at New Zealand Couriers as an Assistant Credit Controller from June 2013 to July 2015. Michael then took on the role of Credit Controller at the same company from July 2015 to December 2015. Michael then joined Electra as a Junior Financial Accountant from January 2016 to January 2017. Michael then became a Financial Accountant at Electra from January 2017 to April 2018. Michael's next role at Electra was as a Group Financial Controller from May 2018 to April 2020. Michael recently joined Chorus NZ Limited as a Shared Services Finance Manager from April 2020 to December 2020. After that, they took on the role of Group Accountant at Chorus NZ Limited from December 2020 to April 2021. Currently, Michael is working as a Group Reporting Manager at Chorus NZ Limited from April 2021 onwards.

From 2012 to 2015, they attended Massey University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) degree with a focus on accounting. Following this, they pursued further education and from 2016 to 2019, they attended Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, where they completed a Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting in the field of accounting. In 2019, they briefly attended Melbourne Business School for the New Leaders Development Program, which specialized in leadership.
