Chosen Collective Consulting
Dio Aldridge, MSW/MASJ, is the CEO and Founder of Chosen Collective Consulting, LLC, established in January 2021, focusing on equity, justice, and inclusion through workshops and coaching, particularly for BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities. Aldridge served on the Community Advisory Board for Gender Affirming Care at Planned Parenthood of Michigan from March 2022 to March 2023, supporting the expansion of gender-affirming services. Previously, Aldridge held various roles at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago from April 2016 to July 2022, including Associate Director of Academic Affairs for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, where responsibilities encompassed managing cross-functional collaborations and advancing anti-racism initiatives. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Director & Africana Community Coordinator at Oberlin College, providing social justice education and support. Dio Aldridge holds a Master of Social Work and a Master of Arts in Social Justice from Loyola University Chicago, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in African-American/Black Studies from UC Santa Barbara.
