Hassan F. Younes

Hassan F. Younes is an experienced leader in the restaurant management industry, currently serving as General Manager at Chotto Matte since May 2019, after previously holding the position of Assistant General Manager. Prior to this, Hassan was Regional Manager for Multi-Unit operations at Paramount Fine Foods from December 2017 to April 2019. Earlier experience includes General Manager at Service Inspired Restaurants (SIR Corp.) overseeing the upscale Canyon Creek Chophouse and various managerial roles at Darden, including Operations Manager, as well as Regional Sales Manager of multiple locations at Groupe Le Duff from January 2005 to February 2013.
