Michelle Mansour

Michelle Mansour serves as Senior Legal Counsel at Choueiri Group since December 2018, executing the Group's legal strategy and advising on various legal matters including Corporate and Commercial Law, TMT, Entertainment, and Real Estate across the MENA region. Prior to this role, Michelle worked as a Legal Consultant at Eptalex where responsibilities included providing legal advice on commercial law, IP acquisitions, and corporate setup, and consulting with tech startups. Earlier experience as an Associate at El Khoury Law Firm involved advising clients on corporate law, successfully litigating cases, and conducting legal research for banking and cross-border transactions. Michelle holds a Master of Laws from Duke University School of Law, a Master's in Private and Business Law, and a Juris Doctor degree from Saint Joseph University of Beirut.
