Lindsay Erstad has a diverse work experience in the events and hospitality industry. Lindsay started their career as a Banquet Server at Legends Golf Club in 2013. In 2014, Lindsay worked as a Target Field Events Assistant Coordinator at the Minnesota Twins, where they assisted with facility sales and coordinated events. The following year, in 2015, they interned as an Events Intern for the National Football League.
From 2013 to 2016, Lindsay also held various roles at the Memorial Student Center. Lindsay served as an Involvement Specialist, helping students become part of the campus community, and as a Blue Devil Ambassador, acting as a role model for new students. Additionally, Lindsay worked as a Blue Rah Speaker, generating enthusiasm for campus activities through team-building activities.
Since 2016, Lindsay has been working at Chowgirls Catering. Lindsay started as an Event Specialist and was later promoted to Senior Event Specialist. Currently, Lindsay holds the position of Sales & Events Team Manager, where they manage the sales and events team.

Lindsay Erstad attended the University of Wisconsin-Stout from 2012 to 2016 where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management. In 2015, they obtained a Cvent Certification from Cvent, and in 2014, they obtained a ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification from ServSafe Certified. In 2016, Lindsay enrolled at Escola d'Hoteleria de les Illes Balears to study Wine and Food Pairing, and their education in this field is currently ongoing.
