Cole Lindbergh

Cole Lindbergh is an experienced enablement manager currently serving as a Senior Enablement Manager at ChowNow since March 2020, where responsibilities include leading new hire sales training and developing training programs using adult learning principles. Prior to this role, Cole was an Account Executive and held dual positions as Commercial Sales Manager and Customer Service Manager at U.S. Toy Company, overseeing over 200 B2B accounts and managing a customer service team. Earlier experience includes serving as Games Manager at Worlds of Fun, where Cole managed a large seasonal workforce and achieved notable employee retention and recognition.
