Caitlin R. Ondracek

Caitlin R. Ondracek, PhD, currently serves as the Senior Director of Medical Science and Regulatory Affairs at CHPA, a position held since November 2024. Prior to this role, Caitlin held various positions at the American Association for Clinical Chemistry from October 2019 to November 2024, including Director and Associate Director of Science & Practice Programs, where Caitlin R. managed a diverse portfolio to support clinical laboratory medicine. Caitlin's experience also includes serving as Associate Director and Manager of Acquisitions Editor & Strategic Content Developer at the Endocrine Society from July 2017 to October 2019, where strategic content initiatives were developed. Before that, Caitlin worked at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology as a Postdoctoral Fellow and Instructor, focusing on molecular mechanisms of aging and research on sirtuin enzymes. Educationally, Caitlin earned a PhD in Microbiology and Immunology from the University of Illinois Chicago and a postdoctoral degree in Molecular Biology from MIT.
