Alison Brinkman has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Alison currently serves as the Head of People and Culture at CHRG. Prior to this, they worked as a Principal Consultant at Infinity HR from March 2020 to January 2023. From 2017 to 2020, they held the position of Human Resources Manager at Insituform Pacific, where they were responsible for the successful rehabilitation of pipeline networks and assets for various clients. Alison also worked as a Senior HR Officer at Insituform Pacific from 2011 to 2017. Earlier in their career, they worked in the role of Employee Relations and Communication at Panthers Group from 2004 to 2011.
Alison Brinkman holds a Bachelor of Business degree in Human Resource Management / Industrial Relations from Western Sydney University.
