Jimmy Kozy started their work experience at The University of Akron as a Graduate Assistant from August 2009 to May 2011. Jimmy then joined Christ Community Chapel, where they served as a Middle School Ministry Intern from July 2011 to February 2012. From March 2012 to December 2016, they worked as a Middle School Ministry Pastor. Jimmy then became the Pastor of Student Ministries from January 2017 to February 2019, where they provided oversight and leadership for the student ministry team and served as the primary teacher for middle school programming. From February 2019 to November 2019, they were the Executive Pastor | Next Generation, responsible for overseeing all programming and staff teams for birth through college. Jimmy is currently serving as the Executive Director of Operations at Christ Community Chapel.
Jimmy Kozy attended The University of Akron from 2006 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics. Jimmy then continued their education at the same university from 2009 to 2011, obtaining a Master of Science degree in Applied Mathematics. From 2012 to 2016, they attended Liberty School of Divinity and completed a Master of Divinity (M.Div.) degree. The field of study for their Master of Divinity degree is not specified.
