Christ Community Chapel
Kaitlynn Heinl is currently the Executive Assistant of Vision + Strategy at Christ Community Chapel, a role held since November 2020 that involves schedule management, email organization, responsibility prioritization, and relational coaching to support the Pastor of Vision and Strategy. Prior experience includes serving as a Youth Fitness Instructor at Cuyahoga Falls Natatorium, where responsibilities included leading exercise sessions and supervising children; a Physical Therapy Intern at The PT Center for Sports Medicine, assisting in patient care and conducting therapeutic procedures; and a Student Nursing Intern at Cleveland Clinic, focusing on maternity and newborn care. Kaitlynn holds a degree in Organizational Supervision/Leadership from The University of Akron, complemented by studies at the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
