McCaa Russum is the Area Health Education Center and Family Medical Residency Manager at Christ Community Health Services. They also work as a Public and Behavioral Health Practice Administrator at Concorde Career Colleges, an Adjunct Instructor at Capella University, and a FlexPath Mentor Tutor. McCaa has experience as a Program Director at APELAH INC, a Professor of Psychology at Remington College, and an Assistant Coordinator at Region 8 Mental Health Center. They hold a variety of degrees in Healthcare Administration, Advanced Studies in Human Behavior, Counseling Psychology, and Health Care Administration/Management. McCaa is dedicated to education, mentorship, and providing quality healthcare services to their community.

Christ Community Health Services (CCHS) has focused on fulfilling the physical, spiritual, and emotional needs of the poor, the uninsured, and the homeless in Memphis since 1995. Through our strategically placed health care centers and outreach programs, we provide high-quality health care and other services to thousands of patients, caregivers, students, and families each year. Our goal is to go where the need is greatest to provide quality services in the name of Jesus Christ.
