David Kush

David Kush has over 30 years of work experience in various roles and industries. David'smost recent position is as the Executive Director of Human Resources at Christ Fellowship Church, where they have been since September 2018. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Human Resources at the same church starting in January 2017. From 2013 to 2016, they served as the Director of Connections at Christ Fellowship Church. Before their time at Christ Fellowship Church, David was the Executive Pastor at Southbrook Church from 2010 to 2013. David also worked as the Director of Finance at Christ Fellowship Church from 2006 to 2010. Prior to that, they held the position of Chief Operations Officer at Royall Wall Systems - Concrete Construction for Homes & Schools from 2001 to 2006. From 1992 to 2000, David was the Financial Controller at Royal Professional Builders - Home Construction & Land Development. David'scareer began as a Budget Analyst - Accounting at Figgie International (Fortune 500 Co) from 1990 to 1992.

David Kush attended Cedarville University from 1987 to 1989, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations, with a minor in Biblical Studies. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications including being a Certified Practitioner in Myers-Briggs Instruction, an EQ-i 2.0 Coach from Multi-Health Systems Inc. (MHS), and a SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM, all of which were obtained in 2017.
