John C. Maxwell

John C. Maxwell is a renowned leadership expert and founder of Maxwell Leadership since March 2022. With extensive experience as a Teaching Pastor at Christ Fellowship Church since 2004, Maxwell also leads the "A Minute With Maxwell" video series launched in January 2011. In addition to founding EQUIP in January 1996, a non-profit organization that has trained over 5 million leaders across 126 countries, Maxwell served as an author, speaker, and coach at The John Maxwell Company from January 2005 to June 2022, where leadership development for business and church leaders was a primary focus. Maxwell holds a Bachelor's degree from Ohio Christian University, a Master's of Divinity from Azusa Pacific University, and a Doctor of Ministry from Fuller Theological Seminary.
