Dr. Molly Makota has extensive experience in finance and resources management. Dr. Molly currently serves as the Chief Financial & Resources Officer at Christ The King Sixth Forms since August 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as the Executive Director of Finance & Human Resources at the same company from August 2021 to August 2022 and as the Executive Director of Finance from March 2021 to July 2021.
Before joining Christ The King Sixth Forms, Dr. Makota held the position of Head of Finance and Payroll at USP College from October 2018 to March 2021. Dr. Molly also worked as a Senior Accountant at Barking & Dagenham College from September 2016 to October 2018.
Dr. Makota's earlier work experience includes roles at Queen Mary University of London, where they served as a Finance Business Partner from April 2014 to September 2016 and as a Commercial Services Finance Manager from January 2009 to March 2014. Dr. Molly also worked as a Financial Controller at N1 Creative from April 2008 to December 2008 and as a Senior Finance Officer at DHL from April 2004 to March 2008.
Dr. Molly Makota has completed their ACCA degree from ACCA. Dr. Molly also holds an MSc in Accounting and Finance from Robert Gordon University. Additionally, Dr. Makota has obtained a CIMA degree from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
