Scott Smith

Scott Smith has a diverse work experience, with their most recent role being the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Human Resources Officer at May Trucking since January 2022. Before that, they held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer and Vice President of Human Resources at May Trucking from September 2021 to the present. Prior to joining May Trucking, Scott worked as a Controller at May Trucking from July 2000 to May 2004. Scott also has experience as a Financial Analyst at LifeWorks NW from July 1999 to June 2000.

Scott Smith graduated with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the University of Oregon in 1995. Scott then pursued higher education and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Organizational Effectiveness from Marylhurst University in 2004. In addition to their academic achievements, Scott has obtained certifications including the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in March 2015, and the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in June 2010.
