Wayne O'Connell-Davies has worked in various roles within the education sector. Wayne began their career in 2006 as a Data Analyst at Knowsley Community College and worked there until 2013. In 2013, they joined Christ The King Sixth Forms as an MIS Manager and worked in that role until 2018. From 2018 to 2022, they served as the Director of MIS, Admissions & Exams at the same company. Currently, Wayne holds the position of Director of Operations at Christ The King Sixth Forms, starting in 2022.
Wayne O'Connell-Davies completed their education at St Francis Xavier's College from 1999 to 2004. Wayne then pursued further studies at Edge Hill University from 2007 to 2010, although the degree name and field of study for both educational experiences are unknown.

CTK Emmanuel is a professional sixth form centre for excellence offering advanced vocational qualifications, each course offers highly specialised routes to university. CTK Emmanuel students are ambitous and motivated with many securing places on highly competitive courses or Russell Group universities.
