Catherine Woodward

Catherine Woodward is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Since January 2023, Catherine has served as the People and Culture Business Partner at Christchurch International Airport Limited. Prior roles include Senior Human Resources Advisor and Human Resources Advisor at Citycare Group from March 2021 to January 2023, and HR Business Partner at Connexionz from January 2019 to March 2021. Catherine's career began at Airways New Zealand, where a range of positions were held from September 2011 to November 2018, culminating as Organisational Development Advisor. Earlier experience includes roles at Truescape, Mothers' Union, Preferred Mortgages, and Ladies Mile Public House. Catherine holds a Master of Science in Industrial/Organisational Psychology from Massey University and a Bachelor of Science with Honours and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Victoria University of Wellington.
