Natalie Kerschner is a seasoned professional in user experience research and design, currently serving as a Senior User Experience Researcher at the Department of Internal Affairs in New Zealand since April 2025. With extensive experience in various roles, including business ownership at Kapiti Boutique Cattery since September 2013, Kerschner has a strong background in leading teams and conducting research.
