Tracy Westerman

Tracy Westerman has a diverse work experience in the education field. Tracy is currently the Chief Academic Officer at Christel House Indianapolis, starting in 2023. Prior to this, Tracy held various roles at Christel House Schools, including Founding Program Director at IndyTeach and Elementary Principal/Director of Interventions at Christel House Academy South. Tracy also worked as a Master Teacher at Padua Academy and Adjunct Professor of Education at Johns Hopkins University. Tracy's earlier experience includes teaching positions at City Neighbors Charter School, KIPP Harbor Academy, and Middle Years Alternative, where they were a Teach For America Corps Member. Overall, Tracy has demonstrated leadership, program development, and teaching expertise throughout their career.

Tracy Westerman has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan, which they obtained from 2000 to 2004. From 2004 to 2006, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Elementary Education at Saint Joseph's University. In 2008 and 2009, they attended The Johns Hopkins University, where they earned an Administrator's I Certificate in School Administration. Finally, Tracy completed a Master of Education degree in School Administration and Leadership at Teachers College, Columbia University from 2011 to 2012.
