Ronald Beernaert

Ronald Beernaert is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as Directeur HR en Organisatieontwikkeling at CM - Christelijke Mutualiteit since June 2023, Ronald previously held various leadership roles at Proximus from September 2008 to June 2023, including Head of Solutions ICT Services and Head of Commercial Management. Additional roles at Proximus encompassed management of strategic real estate initiatives, employee engagement strategies, and the Belgacom Transformation Program. Ronald began their career with a management traineeship at Belgacom and gained early experience as an intern in Training & Development at Electrabel. Ronald holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Occupational Psychology from Vrije Universiteit Brussel.
