Kaitlyn Olsen

Kaitlyn Olsen, SHRM-CP, has a work experience that includes positions in various HR roles. Kaitlyn started their career as an Office Assistant at ServiceMaster Restore by HCI in 2013 and worked there until 2016. In 2017, they interned as a Human Resources Intern at Lamb Weston. From 2018 onwards, they joined Christensen, Inc., where they first worked as a Human Resource Generalist until 2021. Then, they were promoted to the position of Human Resources Manager, where they were responsible for overseeing various HR functions such as benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, recruitment, and compliance. In 2023, they further advanced to become the Human Resources Director at Christensen, Inc. Additionally, in 2022, Kaitlyn Olsen became a board member for certification at the Columbia Basin Society of Human Resource Management.

Kaitlyn Olsen, SHRM-CP, obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Human Resource Management from Gonzaga University from 2014 to 2018. In January 2019, they also obtained their certification as a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
