Tim Leboutillier

Tim LeBoutillier is a seasoned professional in the transportation and fuel industries, currently serving as a Partner at LeBoutillier Capital Partners since January 2024 and as a member of Vistage Worldwide, Inc. since November 2022. Prior to these roles, Tim held several key positions at Roady's Truck Stops from January 2016 to January 2024, including Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President of Operations, where responsibilities encompassed managing fleet sales, the Wholesale Fuel Program, and the Truck Stop Account Management Team. As Vice President of Fuel, Tim oversaw the fleet sales team and ensured alignment with key performance indicators while securing agreements with trucking fleets. Earlier roles included Fuel Network Manager, where Tim optimized pricing strategies for truck stop operators, and Fleet Services Representative, where negotiations on pricing discounts were made for over 100 trucking accounts.
