Anthony Charter

Mr. Charter became the Chairman in 2004 and stepped down in 2019. Prior to his retirement in 2000, he was the Managing Director of Hong Kong Air Cargo Terminals Ltd. Mr. Charter is a Justice of the Peace of the HKSAR Government. He has lived in Hong Kong for over 60 years and currently attends a local Church.
