Claire Allen

Claire Allen has extensive experience in customer service and merchandising, currently serving as a Merchandiser at Christianbook since October 2004. Throughout the years, Claire has held various roles including Buying Assistant, Merchandising Administrative Assistant, Senior Customer Service Representative, and Customer Service Representative, consistently exceeding departmental goals for upselling and focusing on customer loyalty and satisfaction. Prior to Christianbook, Claire worked as a Client Service Coordinator at H&R Block, where responsibilities included point of sale management, appointment scheduling, and customer interaction. Claire holds an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from North Shore Community College and another Associate degree in Liberal Arts with a focus on Early Childhood from the same institution.
